Three-, five- and seven-day deep Tissue Cleansing Programmes are offered. Each programme has been carefully developed to provide a highly effective method to detoxify and heal the body resulting in a healthy, balanced and positive individual, possessing optimum vitality and stamina.
The detoxification process involves fasting which may be combined with colonic irrigation to encourage elimination of compacted waste matter and intestinal mucous that bring about constipation, bloating, spastic colon, irritable bowel system and wind. To balance blood sugar and pressure, eliminate the old imbalanced digestive environment, and restore correct bacterial balance, alternating cleansing drinks and supplements are introduced into the body every 90 minutes.
The Tissue Cleansing Programme has been adapted to incorporate only food state herbs and supplements. No animal products are used at all, thus any therapeutic effects are entirely gentle and natural. There is no chemical stimulation or inhibition of organ function.
A series of natural health therapies to support the elimination of waste, enhance stamina and energy and rebalance the body are also available and include massage, manual lymphatic drainage, reflexology and yoga. | The Tissue Cleansing Programme |

The client will eat nothing for the full five to seven days, other than as supplements specified, during the programme. The schedule consists of alternating cleansing drinks and supplements every hour and a half. The supplements consist of all the trace elements, vitamins and minerals that one needs in a day as a result of these because these are taken at regular intervals throughout the day, the client will be able to function relatively normally with only occasional hunger pangs. Energy levels may be low initially, however, once the healing crisis has passed the client will feel progressively better; mentally, emotionally and physically.
The process includes a colonic on a daily basis as this supports the body in the detoxifilation process. With one reflexology treatment and a lymphatic drainage to stimulate and support elimination. The cleanse lasts a minimum of three days, and a maximum of seven. Food is introduced slowly and nutritional support will continue until the client understands a balanced lifestyle. |
